To many people’s surprise the highest quality fine jewellery is always the product of more than one person. This is because there are so many specialisms within the umbrella term ‘jeweller’ and all of those specialisms require many years of training and practice to achieve expert status.
Apart from the designers, there are also specialists in wax modelling, hand building, moulding and casting, diamond and gem setting, finishing and polishing, engraving, laser work, filigree work … the list goes on. There are generalists who will turn their hand to many of these skills, but they will only be expert in one at most. To be an expert in any one of them you do need to specialise.
The great thing about the way we work is that we are not tied or limited to using one single jeweller or one small jewellery team. We are free to choose who to use for your commission. Through our extensive contacts and years of experience in the industry we have access to the best, and we manage your project accordingly.
But in addition to using the best, we also offer a comprehensive Workmanship Guarantee and ongoing maintenance support for all our jewellery, to keep it in perfect condition and always looking wonderful.
WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY'Julie freely gave guidance, instruction and confidence in designing and producing my fiancée's engagement and wedding set. This was a challenging brief, not available 'off-the-shelf', and with a tight schedule. Julie involved us throughout the entire process from face-to-face consultation at our South London offices, to the final delivery and after-care. This reinforced confidence and trust. This was especially so when Julie patiently went through the challenging metallurgical engineering during the CAD design phase, then tested the concept with wax prototypes, before updating us on workshop progress, as well as ethically sourcing the diamonds and precious stones. Julie provides a full end-to-end professional service especially when confidence in the actual process of designing, crafting and ethical sourcing is so important to someone so new to this field endeavouring towards 'the perfect ring' of choice.
